The role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Partnerships who will be focused on reaching and engaging our audience via partnerships, associations and industry networks. The ideal candidate will be someone who can both think strategically, whilst being willing to roll up their sleeves to help shape an essential marketing channel that will drive meaningful revenue growth.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager, Partnerships will be responsible for:

  • Defining the Marmalade partnership marketing strategy and plan
  • Managing marketing activities within budgetary guidelines and deadlines
  • Working with partners to develop joint marketing plans based on market trends and competitors
  • Identifying and qualifying potential partners for lead generation
  • Maintaining a positive and productive relationship with partners
  • Supporting partner events and managing partner marketing communications
  • Developing partner marketing metrics and ensuring that partner programs meet marketing objectives
  • Evaluating marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements and optimisations

 Who you are

  • 5+ years experience working in a Marketing Manager role
  • 2+ years experience managing Partner Marketing programs
  • Startup / tech experience ideally in a SaaS or Fintech
  • Comfortable working in an environment where the systems and processes are still in the build stage and not yet defined
  • Strong ability to prioritise activity based on potential impact
  • Technologically savvy 
  • Self-motivated and autonomous
