The Salesforce Administrator will work with business stakeholders to define system requirements and configure the platform to meet the business needs. These needs are met by solving support tickets, assigning role access, configuring and/or coding updates, writing complex reports and automating workflows & processes that deliver business value (and solve business problems). While this is a primarily Salesforce.com focused role, a desire and aptitude to learn Marketo is valued.
What will you own?
- Manage and administer our Salesforce.com application, including configuration, maintenance, and data quality
- Frequent communication with department stakeholders to align with Markforged priorities to better understand and prioritize support tickets
- Work closely with the Salesforce & Business System Manager to inform, prioritize, optimize and implement updates to support continuity of business operations
- Identify and resolve errors and reduce technical debt by enforcing standards for Salesforce.com best practices (limiting customization through configuration)
- Support configuration of installed managed applications and plug-ins as integrations
- Provide support to the Business Systems team for inflight Salesforce programs as assigned
- Act as Salesforce SME, cross training Sales Operations on data cleansing tools and best practices
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in all automation activities
- Staying current with emerging technologies and trends in the Salesforce ecosystem.
What you have:
- College Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 + Years of Salesforce.com Administration experience including data management
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, workflows, and declarative automation
- Exposure to all six major Clouds and direct experience with at least three
- Exposure to Marketo with a desire to take on Marketo Administration as well
- Fluent English minimum Level C2
- Technical aptitude for problem solving and issue resolution
- Hybrid working with 3 days from our office in Krakow.
