The Marketing Systems Administrator (Marketo) will work with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to define system requirements and configure the platform to meet the business needs.  These needs are met by solving support tickets, assigning role access, configuring and/or coding updates, writing complex reports and automating workflows and processes that deliver business value (and solve business problems).

What will you own:

  • Manage and administer our marketing automation platform (Marketo), including setup, configuration, and maintenance
  • Frequent communication with department stakeholders to align with Markforged priorities to better understand and prioritise support tickets
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Salesforce & Business System Manager to inform, prioritise, optimise and implement updates to support continuity of business operations
  • Identify and resolve errors and reduce technical debt by enforcing standards for Marketo best practices (limiting customisation through configuration)
  • Support configuration of installed managed applications and plug-ins (Clearbit, Traction Complete, etc.)
  • Provide support to the Business Systems team for inflight Salesforce programs as assigned
  • Act as Marketo SME, cross training Marketing Operations on data cleansing tools and campaign best practices
  • Implement lead scoring and lead management processes to ensure efficient lead qualification and handoff to the sales team
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in all marketing automation activities
  • Any other duties as reasonably required

What you have:

  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven Marketo Administration experience
  • Experience with Salesforce required
  • Fluent English minimum Level C2
  • Marketo Administration Certification preferred
  • Technical aptitude for problem solving and issue resolution
  • Attention to detail in setting up campaigns and workflows
  • Hybrid working with 3 days from our office in Krakow
