Job Title: Shift Supervisor

Reports To: Site Operations Manager
SUMMARY
The Shift Supervisor for our Bitcoin mining site is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient functioning of mining equipment, and maintaining a secure facility. You'll be working directly with the Site Operations Manager overseeing all routine and preventive maintenance activities, building and training a team of technicians.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Supervising facility staff.
- Managing power consumption for the mining site.
- Coordinating with Technical team.
- Implementing safety protocols.
- Coordinating equipment maintenance and optimizing power usage.
- Compliance with safety regulations.
- Managing inventory.
- Monitoring facility performance.
- Promote safety, security and compliance in all aspects of facility operations.
- On call during emergencies.
- Creating and reviewing KPIs for the team.
- Travel may be required.

- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a critical infrastructure environment.
- Proven experience as a facility supervisor, preferably in cryptocurrency mining.
- Strong leadership qualities and hands on technical experience.
- Effective strategic planning.
- Experience in cryptocurrency mining operation.
- The ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve operational goals.
- Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
