The EA to the VP of People and the General Counsel will be an integral supporting role to the Executive Support team. This person will contribute to administrative and logistics tasks, as well as special projects for the People and Legal teams. The main function of the role will be to help the Executive Support team with routine and one-time projects that vary day to day. This person will report to the VP of People.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication, time management and strong organizational skills, who can execute various tasks and projects with urgency, attention to detail, and minimal supervision in our fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Assist in scheduling for the executives (both proactive and reactive to day-of changes)
Assist in preparing briefings, collecting information for executives on upcoming meetings
Help coordinate/write internal and external communications
Help coordinate product launch timelines and approval processes
Personal and confidential projects/tasks for the VP of People and GC
