We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Tech Lead to lead the development efforts working with one of our cross functional teams.


  • Tech leadership and decision making about architecture and other technical aspects of the product
  • Ensure timely delivery of new features, maintain existing ones
  • Establish high engineering excellence metrics
  • Actively contribute to resolving challenges by participating in code reviews, system design discussions, and occasionally engaging in hands-on coding to support and coach team members
  • Actively participate in building and maintaining the technical roadmap

Example of your Goal: Launch a new Instagram Channel from the engineering side in communication with the Product Owner and the Cross-Functional Team. Ensure we make the right architectural decisions during the integration and meet our deadline.


  • 5+ years of experience working in a product team as a PHP developer (we use PHP 8)
  • High level of hands-on technical experience in software development and architecture, with several years of experience working as a senior software developer
  • Ability to use relational databases (we use PostgreSQL).
  • Experience in writing testable code and test cases.
  • Profound expertise in back-end software development and system design
  • Experience in Agile values and principles
