We are seeking a self-motivated Employee Lifecycle Manager who is passionate about their role and understands the importance of a high-quality employee experience for organizational success.

  • Develop and revamp employee lifecycle processes to meet the needs of our growing teams and ensure the best possible experience for our employees.
  • Take ownership of and drive employee lifecycle operating processes, including pre-boarding, onboarding, relocation support, employee transitions, performance review, and off-boarding.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for queries on employee lifecycle matters.
  • Consistently identify and implement improvements to the employee journey and experience by engaging with staff and incorporating best practices.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, manage employee data, and support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams with a customer-first approach (Finance, HRA, IT, People Programs, Talent Acquisition).
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment with leaders from other functions.
  • Identify areas for automation and process improvement to streamline HR procedures.
  • Create an environment and processes that support the growth and development of teams and people, ensuring they can fully realize their potential in alignment with the company's and their personal goals.
  • Become an internal and external champion of Manychat’s values.


Must haves:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and improving HR processes.
  • A product manager mindset for implementing employee programs and processes.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and a refined sense of taste.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience working in a multicultural environment and managing a team distributed across different countries.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and Russian.
