We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Finance manager in Spain to coordinate all accounting operations. The new team member will join our international accounting team and will work onsite in our Barcelona office on a regular basis.

In this role, you will manage such projects as the automation of month-end closing, tax calculation, and the document signing process.


  • Oversee all accounting operations, including Billing, AR, AP, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Revenue Recognition, and Expenses Recognition in Europe.
  • Manage HRA processes and Payroll calculation.
  • Prepare and publish monthly reports on time.
  • Control and calculate taxes in all countries.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring alignment with tax authorities.
  • Adhere to government reporting and tax filing requirements.
  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
  • Lead payments processes and manage treasury operations.
  • Liaise with external consultants, including payroll advisors.
  • Ensure accuracy and high quality in financial transactions and reporting.
  • Enhance internal controls by documenting and refining business processes and accounting policies.
  • Assist in administrative coordination.
  • Take part in ongoing team projects.


Must haves:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Tax and Accounting.
  • Experience working with external consultants.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Good organization skills, including time management.
  • A team player ready to support each team member and work together to achieve shared goals.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in HRA and Payroll.
  • Experience in internal processes automation.
