We are seeking an Engineering Lead for Marketing Initiatives to foster the team's growth, support members in reaching their potential, and oversee the enhancement of our marketing technology stack to ensure it aligns with our strategies and goals.



  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to take charge of the marketing technology stack, aiming to enhance team performance and efficiency.
  •  Set clear job expectations, monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and enforce policies and procedures to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of team members, fostering a safe and growth-oriented work environment.
  • Coordinate with operational departments to maintain smooth work processes and contribute to business improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of our marketing technology stack with our overarching marketing strategy, making necessary improvements and optimizations.
  • Analyze internal costs and monitor competition pricing to develop effective pricing and discounting strategies.
  • Keep up with industry and MarTech trends to continually optimize our tech stack and processes in alignment with the marketing roadmap.
  • Stay updated on professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, publications, networking, and participation in professional societies.



  • Proven experience in marketing technology management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Understanding of modern engineering practices and how to implement them in team work.
  • Strong understanding of MarTech tools and trends, with the ability to leverage them effectively.
  • Understanding the architecture of service buildings and their integrations.
  • Experience working with cloud solutions infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure etc.).
