WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Leader to drive user acquisition and optimize processes and flows for our flagship product, WhatsApp Business, which aims to empower businesses to connect with their customers simply and efficiently.

You will focus on Brazil customers and report to our Head of the Brazil region.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive our WhatsApp business through paid acquisitions and various other lead-generation initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with global teams and cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science, marketing, and sales) to launch and optimize growth features to Brazil users.
  • Own and drive activation, engagement, conversion and retention metrics by developing and executing growth initiatives within the product.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, focusing on product-led growth initiatives.
  • Advocate for our users, ensuring that we are building the right features to drive engagement and retention.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 5+ years of experience in a Growth-focused role at a Product-Led technology or SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of delivering significant user growth through product-led strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative modeling skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and growth funnel optimization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across teams.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
