We are seeking a passionate Product Analyst who is capable of conducting quantitative researches, generating and validating product hypotheses, bringing relevant insights, and proposing solutions to proactively drive the product towards achieving our business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant product analytics experience, intuitive understanding of mathematical statistics, and an ability to describe complex technical concepts in simple terms.

The Product Analyst will join the analytics team and report to the Head of Analytics. The new team member will become a part of a Product group within Manychat and will cross-functionally collaborate with literally every function of the company. Together with Product Managers you will grow product and business metrics by solving various value delivery puzzles.


Our analytics team has three foundational purposes:

  1. Impact directly on business metrics.
  2. Advocate data-driven decisions.
  3. Be proactive.

As a part of the team you will:

  • Research different aspects of our product from the analytical standpoint.
  • Deeply investigate our users’ lifecycle to deliver product enhancements.
  • Find hidden dependencies within our metrics to validate product hypotheses.
  • Closely collaborate with data engineers to obtain accurate and trustworthy data for decision making.
  • Run multiple ab-tests.
  • Cross-functionally support different teams with data-driven decision making.


Must haves:

  • 3+ years of proven experience within product analytics, preferably in SAAS products.
  • Technical background and knowledge of mathematical statistics.
  • Excellent technical skills (SQL, Python, BI tools).
  • Ability to formulate relevant product hypotheses and test them.
  • Extreme attention to details and strong work ethics.
  • Readiness to take the responsibility and obtain high quality analytical deliverables in reasonable terms.
