  • You collaborate closely with the BDR and sales team to lock in a heavy meeting schedule prior to stepping onto the show floor. Then orchestrate staff to maximize booth and networking opportunities onsite and deliver a high conversion rate after the show.
  • You have experience collaborating with Sales teams to assess lead quality from event and campaign efforts and ensure a smooth transition for prospects from marketing to sales.
  • You are results-oriented and ground your efforts in what drives revenue for the business. You track your event-generated leads through the sales funnel to learn where and how to drive the most value.
  • You are passionate about data. You are capable of analyzing and provide detailed retros of events to determine the ROI and year-over-year performance, deliver a steady flow of SQLs, and make data-driven recommendations for the future.

  • You can partner with design and content to develop and produce event materials that make a memorable brand statement. You are also comfortable drafting your own copy as needed whether it relates to a special flyer for your onsite activation or the social media and email execution to promote your event.
  • You can manage end-to-end logistics for each event, including coordinating travel, onsite activities, client meetings, booth set up and takedown, booth signage, swag, giveaways, etc.
  • You take a detail-oriented approach to campaign execution with a keen focus on documentation, crafting clear SLAs that improve the efficiency of our execution over time.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
