The live entertainment industry has experienced significant and lasting transformation in 2020. In-person concerts will eventually return, but we believe that virtual experiences are a mainstay that will create new meaningful fan/artist interactions while providing artists with new revenue streams. Tailored insights generated from rich data sources have the potential to completely change the way the live music industry operates.
We are looking for a strategic Finance Manager to provide finance and accounting support to help our early stage and quickly growing company. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable wearing many hats.
You’ll report directly to the VP of People and Administration, while working closely with other internal and external stakeholders. This is your chance to shape the future of live music!
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to drive key decisions and strategy
Manage accounting functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Manage our 3rd party accounting partners
Manage monthly close process, analysis and reporting
Own and update company financial models and budgets
Analyze & monitor cash flow and expense management

You’re organized and demonstrate a high attention to detail and accuracy
You have an interest in startups and are excited to influence business strategy
You’re self-motivated and like to take ownership of new projects
You have built a strong partnership with other cross-functional peers
You love working with numbers and helping people
You have the rare ability to quickly shift from high-level strategic thinking to tactical execution
You have experience with Sales Commission plans and/or bonus structures
5+ years in public accounting, corporate accounting or finance, or similar experience
Excellent quantitative skills with strong experience in Excel and familiarity with Quickbooks
Ability to embrace ambiguity, uncertainty, and changing business landscapes
