Mandolin, the market leader in livestream concerts, is hiring key members to join our rapidly growing team. You’ll report directly to the CTO and work closely with other internal and external stakeholders. Mandolin is looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer to join our Engineering team and drive innovation and software design excellence. The role demands high attention to detail, professionalism, and a methodical and technical approach to the execution of software in a cloud-based environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop software (both front end and back-end) in a remote team environment
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and a desire to learn and work with new technologies
  • Build scripts, tools, and other services to improve developer productivity
  • Design and build automated systems to manage our scalable infrastructure
  • Work with product managers to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, release engineering, and/or configuration management
  • An innate intellectual curiosity and desire to proactively solve problems
  • Proficiency with Javascript, Node.JS, React or Vue
  • Experience with Firebase and API integrations
  • Experience with e-commerce and/or social media integrations is a plus
  • Experience with video streaming and WebRTC is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of cloud systems
  • Experience working with relational and non-relational databases
  • Familiarity with Docker, GitHub, and CI/CD practices
