Mandolin, the market leader in livestream concerts, is hiring key members to join our rapidly growing team. You’ll report directly to the VP of Show Operations and work closely with other internal and external stakeholders. What you’ll do:
Consult with and advise venues, promoters, studios and other customers to identify best audio/video production equipment to interface with Mandolin
Develop audio/video equipment package specifications and strategies for customers
Build network and relationships with video contractors across the country
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, installers, and other vendors
Work collaboratively to develop audio/video package offerings and guides, documentation, and content for sales presentations to support the usage of Mandolin
Research and provide recommendations to the business on latest technologies and inventions in video and audio equipment for live-streaming
What we’re looking for:
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who has strong experience creating structure in ambiguous spaces and communicates concisely with key stakeholders. Ideally, you’ve had experience with live-streaming before and have a passion for live music.
You will have a direct impact on the success of shows and the company. In this role, you will own audio/video production end-to-end, including working with the executive team to define strategy, driving cross-functional execution, and creating successful show experiences for our customers.
What you have:
5+ years video production experience, preferably audio experience as well
Familiarity with OBS, Ecamm, or other live-streaming platforms
Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational and analytical skills
Ability to drive processes end-to-end and execute
Experience in a test-driven, agile development environment
A desire to create and work in a fun environment
