Are you a hungry, hustling salesperson, a lead generation guru, and an alliances manager all wrapped-up into one?  If so, then you are exactly who we are looking for!

As a Partner Sales Manager at Mammoth Growth, your primary function will be to work closely with partnership managers, sales teams, and customer success managers at our top technology partners to identify leads and drive the corresponding Mammoth sales opportunities.  You will play a key role in developing new top-of-funnel and qualified leads, then pursue and close deals. You will nurture our technology partners and turn them into proactive sales channels. You will be expected to secure, book, manage, and run multiple meetings per week to drive sales activity.

Additionally, you will help prioritize partners, determine joint go-to-market approaches, present Mammoth capabilities to partners, identify events to attend, and help with co-marketing. You will own and maintain relationships with partner management counterparts at our partners with the goal of increasing partner knowledge of and referrals to Mammoth, and developing & keeping joint customers.

The ideal candidate will need to be entrepreneurial, maniacally focused and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. This role reports directly to the CRO at Mammoth Growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the day-to-day outreach with external partners based on pursuing leads, setting up/creating opportunities, building relationships, and facilitating co-marketing/co-selling 
  • Contribute to data gathering, list generation, automation, and other efficiencies in company’s CRM and cross-reference platforms and sales operations 
  • Build out and activate Crossbeam with target partners so as to create a feedback loop with our CRM campaigns 
  • Create meeting opportunities from the outbound motion
  • Actively manage opportunities, track metrics and report on success, failures, learnings and most of all help define optimization for continuous improvement
  • Create new lead sales meetings and potentially field smaller partnership referrals
  • Field inbound leads based on company size 
  • Run effective prospect discovery process 
  • Present Mammoth Growth’s value and capabilities to prospects and partners 
  • Deliver on annual / quarterly quota, gather and collect more data on appropriate targets / deal flow potential, coupled w/ Marketing impact, etc.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly planned partnership metric goals

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years in a consulting sales, partnership management, consulting, technical or cross-functional sales partnership role; focusing on data analytics, saas, marketing, product development
  • Experience in Martech: CDP, Lifecycle Marketing, Data Warehouse Management, etc
  • Experience in a modern data stack (SQL, Snowflake/Databricks, dBT, Tableau/Looker, etc.)
  • Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Previous experience with tools such as Segment, Braze, Iterable, customer.io. Rudderstack, mParticle, dBT, etc. is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages to audiences ranging from C-suite to specialist level spanning both technical and non-technical functional areas
  • Self-directed and self-motivated to operate with minimal oversight to produce consistently high-value work
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
