We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who’ll lead all our marketing activities on paid ads (Facebook/Instagram) and email. We are looking for a go-getter with a creative mind who understands how to craft digital creative campaigns and back up results with data. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll work across departments and with some of the largest content creators in the world to execute campaigns that generate 6-figure sales in several weeks. So, what will you do at Makeship as a Digital Marketing Specialist?

  • Run retargeting campaigns on Fb/Insta + Google and any other platform you deem relevant
  • Run prospecting campaigns based on lookalike audience (we have a list of over 200k)
  • Create a process for how to launch digital marketing campaigns
  • Work with the design team to ensure a solid process for getting all your digital assets ready
  • A/B test various ways to increase sales on our platform from every campaign
  • Analyze your work and report on the performance
  • Manage a digital ad buying budget of over 500k USD in 2021 (can be scaled up based on ROAS)

This might be for you if...

  • 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • You have experience managing a digital ad buying budget
  • You have experience with accurate attribution of marketing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics, Facebook ad platform and Email marketing
  • Highly creative, with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Very familiar with Shopify platform
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
