We are looking for an outstanding Growth Program Lead to own, drive and execute one of the strategic Growth Programs with company-wide visibility and impact. The Growth Team is in charge of product-led growth, customer activation, monetization and engagement, and is operating cross-functionally with most of the teams in the company. What you’ll do:

  • Work on the intersection and in close collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Product & Engineering teams
  • Define and defend long-term strategy for the Growth Program
  • Identify execution plan and resources needed
  • Drive execution from inception to post-mortem
  • Continuously evolve the program based on measured outcomes

We are looking for you if you are:

  • Experienced in growth, product management or driving cross-functional engagements and large projects, and spent 3-5 years in a growing SaaS product environment
  • Experienced in delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Curious, analytical, and somewhat opportunistic
  • Willing to experiment and foster a fluid and dynamic team environment
  • Willing to challenge the status quo and question assumptions
  • Experienced with analytics and BI instruments and data analysis (Google Analytics, Power BI, Mixpanel, Tableau etc.) 
  • Excellent in your communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent in English, written and verbal communication
