Make is the leading visual platform for anyone to design, build, and automate anything—from tasks and workflows to apps and systems—without the need for coding skills. We are headquartered in the flourishing tech hub of Prague, Czech Republic, and our teams are spread across the USA, UK, Germany, France, Canada, India and Chile, among other locations.

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Analyst to join our growing Data team. If you have a passion for data, enjoy working cross-functionally with stakeholders, and are ready to take ownership of our Go-to-Market (GTM) Analytics, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own GTM Analytics: Take full ownership of our GTM analytics function, developing and executing a roadmap that aligns with the company’s vision and strategic objectives.
  • Build Dashboards & Reporting: Design and build intuitive dashboards to provide clarity and actionable insights into the performance of the sales process, bringing transparency to sales performance metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage your analytical skills to generate insights that inform and shape our sales, marketing, and customer success strategies, driving key decision-making across the business.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Marketing to align analytics with business goals. You will be a key contributor to strategic and operational discussions and initiatives.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while managing expectations across diverse teams.
  • Drive Impact: Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations, ensuring leadership has the insights they need to optimize performance and scale effectively.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Strong technical skills: comfortable with SQL code, spreadsheet analysis, and building dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills: Fluent in English, you can translate complex data into clear and concise insights that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management experience: You’re adept at managing multiple stakeholders, setting priorities, and delivering on project milestones.
  • A collaborative mindset: You thrive in cross-functional environments and are comfortable working closely with teams across different functions and geographies.
  • A self-starter attitude: You’re excited by the opportunity to take full ownership of GTM analytics, from developing a vision to executing on that roadmap and delivering measurable impact.
  • A bonus if you have: Experience working with Sales and Go To Market teams, familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), an understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle, and / or experience in top tier consulting roles.
