We’re looking for a self-motivated, highly driven Design Operations Manager to join and support the Brand Design team within Marketing. As a Design Operations Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, track and drive all steps in the project lifecycle. By supporting and improving day-to-day processes across the design team, you ensure all work flows efficiently from start to end. Your goal is to keep everyone on task, projects on deadline, handling the logistics and ultimately creating an environment for best-in-class creative to thrive.

What you’ll do:

  • Review and filter creative briefs in Asana: In collaboration with the Creative Director and Marketing stakeholders, assess new requests, partnering with internal clients to gather necessary information. (Critical thinking and strategic prioritization skills mandatory.)
  • Manage expectations/communication: Meet with internal partners to learn more about new projects, give status updates on existing projects, and communicate any issues and upcoming checkpoints in a timely manner.
  • Manage project schedules + deadlines: Coordinate with multiple teams in ensuring the delivery of numerous projects, facilitating project needs, requirements, and timelines.
  • Implement process improvements: Proactively create processes and efficiencies for the design team, facilitating better cross-team collaboration and project outcomes.
  • Manage job files and outputs on the team: Maintain job files and overall organization of team deliverables on the team Google Drive.

About you:

  • 1-3 years experience in a project management or operations role.
  • Experience in an in-house design or marketing environment.
  • Experience using Asana or Monday.com.
  • Self-starter, flexible, highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, resourceful, communicative, and has the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and notes.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to positively influence projects through rationale, data, and diplomacy.
  • Language skills is a plus (French, Spanish, German, Portuguese).
