As a Finance intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the Finance team in building robust, scalable processes to support our rapid growth.  You will work cross-functionally with our Sales, Revenue Operations, FP&A teams, and other key stakeholders. As a fast-growing company, there will be opportunities to lead special projects, which will enable you to expand your skill set while helping MaintainX build new processes, develop controls, and identify opportunities for automation that will help us scale. 

What you’ll do:

  • Work cross-functionally with the Commissions team, Sales Leaders and the Revenue Operations team to assist with the commission process and plan building for FY2025.
  • Support team members in the execution of finance operations projects and in their day-to-day responsibilities. 
  • Work on continuous improvement projects to enhance our processes and support business growth.
  • Assist with various spending budgets. 
  • Other ad hoc requests and analysis.

About you:

  • In process of obtaining or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant fields.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
  • Strong drive to achieve goals while working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High energy, flexible, and has a willingness to take initiative.
