Join our team as a RevOps Business Analyst supporting stakeholders across multiple cross-functional teams at MaintainX. You'll drive strategic growth and be responsible for documenting business requirements, scoping root causes for issues as well as triaging and organizing sprints for our Revenue Technology team within Revenue Operations. Experience at a SaaS startup is a must-have for this role. 

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business to understand business requirements before scoping the technical solution
  • Capture, analyze, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, using data and information from various sources
  • Document detailed and thorough User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
  • Prioritize the backlog and set expectations with stakeholders
  • Independently review requests and troubleshoot issues to understand process and technical inefficiencies, identify root causes, and drive and implement best practices solutions
  • Support change management and enablement
  • Regular Salesforce Administrative tasks (user provisioning/deprovisioning, role and profile creation assisting end users with reporting and dashboarding, as needed)

About you:

  • Experience working with CPQ systems and processes
  • Experience working in Scrum and Agile rhythms
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to work with competing priorities
  • Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Self-starter who seeks challenging assignments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
  • Experience with Outreach, Jira, Confluence, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Salesforce CPQ and other Sales tools a plus
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a technology or SaaS company. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData, Chili Piper and ZoomInfo.
  • Experience working closely with sales and customer success teams to help define workflows, evaluate tools, and build ideal customer profiles.    
  • Experience working with Marketing teams to coordinate motions between marketing and sales for large-scale campaigns.
