We’re seeking an experienced Senior People Business Partner to support our Client Success, Growth and Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations teams. Reporting to the Manager of People Business Partnerships, you will play a key role in shaping a standout People Business Partnership function. In this role, you will drive people strategies that foster high performance, enhance employee engagement, and support continuous development. This position is ideal for someone with a proven track record of partnering with leaders to design and implement effective people frameworks and deliver impactful solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop & Implement People Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of impactful People initiatives that support Client Success, Growth and Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams, fostering high performance and continuous growth.
- Partner with Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders in Client Success, Growth and Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations, providing strategic coaching and guidance to elevate leadership effectiveness and align with company goals.
- Drive & Enhance People Programs: Design, implement, and refine people programs that address performance, engagement, and career development, tailored to the needs of these diverse teams.
- Collaborate with People Operations: Work closely with the People Operations team to align and execute comprehensive people strategies.
- Drive Change & Workforce Planning: Lead change management initiatives and contribute to strategic workforce planning to support business growth and adaptability.
- Leverage Data Insights: Use people analytics to guide decision-making, track progress, and promote continuous improvement.
- Champion Development: Foster a culture of learning by creating and delivering training programs that empower leaders and employees.
About You:
- Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CHRP designation is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in a people business partnership or advisory role with a proven ability to collaborate with leadership across various functions.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of HR legislation and labor standards, with advanced knowledge in key people practices such as talent and performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Program Development: Proven ability to develop and implement people programs that cater to the unique needs of client success, marketing, finance, and operational teams.
- Project Leadership: Demonstrated skills in project and change management, with the capability to lead initiatives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Confidentiality: High discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate in French being a plus. Comfortable engaging with colleagues at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
