About the role:

As Director of Acquisition at MaintainX, you will be responsible for growing new customer acquisition and pipeline through paid media and organic channels, while staying within efficiency targets. This role requires a strong analytical skillset with hands-on experience in managing large-scale inbound performance campaigns, and the ability to translate data into pipeline-driving acquisition strategies. This role reports to our Vice President of Demand Generation.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the inbound new business pipeline number across paid and organic channels.
  • Develop and execute paid media acquisition strategies across a variety of channels including Paid Search, Social, Display, CPL and Review sites.
  • Own our SEO strategy to drive organic pipeline growth through content, product-led and on-page initiatives in close collaboration with our content and Web teams.
  • Forecast and set clear targets and KPIs for each channel, campaign and initiative, including projected pipeline.
  • Manage large-scale budgets to efficiently drive growth and maximize ROAS.
  • Lead and mentor a team of performance and SEO marketers.
  • Work with outside agencies where helpful to achieve performance goals.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops on measurement, attribution and lead scoring.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including  Integrated Marketing  to support ABM programs, and Product Marketing and Design to test messaging and creative.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of work experience in B2B Acquisition marketing, preferably at Enterprise SaaS companies.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Budget management experience of >$10M.
  • Experience growing SEO traffic and organic lead acquisition. Familiar with on-site SEO best practices.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with major ad platforms and analytics tools (Data Studio, Tableau).
  • Deep analytical skills and expertise 
  • Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
