Will act as an employee champion and formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the Israeli site and the organization

Manage E2E hiring processes
Proactively partner and collaborate across the global HR organization, share information and provide thought leadership and a solution-oriented direction.
Help our managers identify, grow and retain top talent within their teams and become the focal point for all people issues under your partnership, proactively surfacing and addressing them before they become complex situations.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a global high-tech organization
Experience conducting HR interviews and excellent assessment skills
knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Previous experience in HR processes implementation
Able to develop strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders within the organization
Highly operationally minded, master collaborator, and communication
Relevant academic Degree is a must, M.A\ MBA is an advantage
High-level English- written and spoken.
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and have a “can do” approach.
