We seek a qualified, highly skilled producer. You will be responsible for coordinating the execution of Magic Leap’s largest Professional Services accounts for some of the top companies in the world. You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, coordinate their activities, and ensure deadlines are met. We expect you to work independently, take the initiative, and solve problems as they come up.
You will support the creation of some of the most advanced AR applications. Your work will influence the future of wearable technology and significantly impact Magic Leap’s future.
Own and lead the project, including - scope, schedule, budget, contracts, and resourcing
Communication with external clients, contractors, and vendors
Manage multiple large-scale projects at the same time
Track and drive tasks and schedules on both a daily and long-term basis, to maintain team progress and meet milestones and deadlines
Facilitate scheduling and calendar maintenance
Support multiple teams and managers as needed
Alert supervisors and managers of any concerns, issues, or roadblocks
Identify and mitigate project risks
Coordinate departmental and cross-departmental activities
Learn Magic Leap’s products and services and speak intelligently about them
Welcome challenges and be comfortable working with new technologies
4+ years experience in a related field
Ability to work well under pressure and independently look for ways to support and improve the team
Proven track record working with developers/software
Strong communication skills
Willing to travel when necessary
Knowledge of basic computer programs - Excel, Word, GSuite (Confluence and JIRA experience is a plus)
Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
Readiness to take on unexpected challenges and adjust to changing constraints.
Agile development experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
