Magic Leap, Inc. is seeking a Senior Patent Counsel to join its advanced intellectual property team. Magic Leap is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and has several active locations. This position is being developed in our Silicon Valley location, which is where our Chief Patent Officer is located, but would entail work with inventors from all over the world. Magic Leap is an innovative company and runs a relatively large/growing worldwide patent portfolio with a diverse group of technologies.

Knowledge of filing requirements for both US and PCT applications.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and/or physics; advanced degrees, research experience, or professional experience in engineering or physics a plus;
Member of the Federal Patent Bar for minimum of 5 years with significant experience in all aspects of U.S. and international patent prosecution, preferably with significant training in a mid to large law firm environment focused upon international patent prosecution;member of California Bar
