We are searching for an exceptional attorney who can advise on government contracts-related matters and regulatory issues, including white paper submissions, proposals, government contract drafting and negotiation, export compliance, cost accounting, intellectual property rights, and subcontracting.
Review and negotiate a variety of documents and agreements including, without limitation, white papers, proposals, government contracts, services and consulting agreements, subcontracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other agreements.
Coordinate with product, business, engineering, and security teams in connection with product development, compliance, confidentiality, and data security matters.
Coordinate with people and facilities teams on people and facilities related matters including, without limitation, clearance of both people and facilities.
Draft, implement, and oversee internal legal policies, strategies and procedures.
6-10 years of experience working in an AM Law 100 law firm or in-house at a large government contracting organization with a background in government contracting, proposal and white paper development, review and submission, contract performance and dispute resolution in connection government contracting, and regulatory compliance matters, including ITAR and FARS/DFARS.
