Magic Leap is looking for an Analyst, App Submissions to help establish a world-class platform for mixed reality experiences. This position will play a key role in ensuring quality content is made available to Magic Leap’s customers.
Review apps submitted to the Magic Leap platform and evaluate them against the Company’s internal content and technical guidelines. This process shall comprise overseeing automated testing procedures and creating and monitoring manual test procedures
Provide pro-active and constructive communication to third-party developers about the status of their Application submission(s)
Enforce Magic Leap content policies while maintaining a respectful and positive relationship with customers
Provide feedback to management and other stakeholders about improvements to the workflow and operations of the team
2+ years Customer Service, QA or Certification experience.
Candidates should possess an intimate knowledge of mobile app, virtual reality, or console game development.
High functioning interpersonal skills to address internal and external inquiries
Ability to make thoughtful, objective decisions in a fast-paced environment under heavy workload
A strong attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture view of the organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
