We are seeking a Electrical Engineer Associate that will be working on design and advance technology development. Produce electrical layout and design components and to maintain electrical component. Including but not limited to the collection, reduction, and analysis of data necessary to characterize the performance of complex systems with regard to radio frequency issues.
Maintain design of motor mechanism components for use with disconnect switches and its components.
Ability to read, write and prepare detail electrical schematics and component drawings.
Ability to understand and compliance to various customer specifications and requirements.
Technical capability to transfer written documents into electrical schematics.
Experience conducting and/or evaluating RF measurements on high power transmitters and amplifiers such as power, frequency and modulation, and intermod product characterization.
Technical skills related to discipline (for example, MatLab, PSpice, FPGA, RF, Signal Processing, Linux, Reliability, CAD, ProE, etc.)
Experience in doing rapid prototyping with robotics or arduino prototypes.
Knowledgeable with ADS, PSPICE simulations, coding in C and C++, MATLAB and scripting languages.
Skilled at troubleshooting board issues and implementing new tests for new design requirements.
FPGA entry level experience and system modeling a plus. Must work well with interdisciplinary groups. Experience with the fundamentals of microprocessors, memory architecture, analog design, power management, RF.
BS in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred (Computer Engineering or other).
