Role

As a Growth Product Manager for our Web3 developer tool infrastructure startup, your primary responsibility will be driving growth, engagement, and monetization strategies for our product. You will utilize a data-driven approach to understand our users, optimize our product, and devise strategies promoting its use in the Web3 development community.

Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy Management: Define, design, and manage comprehensive growth strategies, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Product Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, UX, engineering, and sales, to identify opportunities, implement data-driven solutions, and maximize value capture.
  • Developer Onboarding: Design and implement strategies to streamline the developer onboarding process, improving time-to-value and retention rates. Collaborate with engineering and documentation teams to deliver clear and comprehensive onboarding materials.
  • Conversion Funnel Optimization: Conduct thorough analyses of the user journey and conversion funnel. Work with marketing and UX teams to enhance user experience, reduce friction points, and optimize the conversion process.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Define KPIs and track metrics relevant to the success of growth and monetization initiatives. Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities within the Web3 development tools space.
  • Product Roadmapping: Develop product roadmaps, author product requirements documents, and manage project execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in tech startups or SaaS companies. Experience in the blockchain or Web3 space is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies, user analytics, and conversion optimization tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in using quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions and measure product performance.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
