Role

Maev is seeking an organized, outgoing, proactive, and execution-minded individual to join our team as a Manager, Influencer & Partnerships Marketing. 

You should have a passion for brand building through complementary properties, influencer marketing, analytics, and social platforms. The ideal candidate enjoys juggling multiple projects, building deep relationships with their coworkers, working cross functionally, and has strong communication and collaboration skills. You are comfortable asking questions, working with ambiguity, and are an initiative taker.

This role supports the Brand Marketing team and reports into the Senior Director of Brand, and requires someone who is comfortable building strategies, executing and diving into analytics. 

Responsibilities

  • Help define and execute influencer strategies that support overall business and marketing objectives to drive brand awareness and secure online influencer engagements and impressions.
  • Strategically scale Maev’s influencer affiliate program (in partnership with PR team and Director of Growth) and report on top drivers and overall performance.
  • Establish measurement protocol and program benchmarks for best-in-class campaign performance and industry standards; leverage platforms to measure campaign success and provide data-backed recommendations for optimization
  • Manage all paid influencer partnerships and campaigns in collaboration with the Director of Growth Marketing and Social Media Manager, owning all aspects of the process (pipeline, outreach, contract negotiations, content rights, content briefing, renewals, etc).  
  • Develop, propose and oversee Maev’s weekly + monthly reporting on all influencer campaigns, partnerships, and launches, along with monthly and/or quarterly recaps for All Hands, board meetings, etc.
  • Host & manage influencers, community, and consumers for in-person and digital events, work with Brand team to support team’s IRL activations, oversee guests lists and manage influencer led coverage for brand awareness and growth.
  • Collaborate with digital, product, marketing, and operations teams to implement partnership programs where applicable.
  • Document key decisions, questions, and status updates in project management tooling, slack and maintain team documents.
  • Manage influencer marketing budget, supporting budget and invoice tracking and reconciling the month with finance.  

Experience

  • 4+ years of hands on influencer / partnerships experience in a consumer brand or CPG / brand focused agency 
  • Experience working in a small team
  • Able to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, high emotional intelligence
  • A strength for connecting people and building relationships
  • A broad and expanding network
  • Resourceful and highly collaborative team player who thinks creatively, has high attention to detail and quality, and who can work with a cross-functional team that is trying to move as quickly as possible.
  • Dynamic and outgoing, with a natural skill for building long-lasting relationships with customers and partners
  • Comfort with Excel, Google Sheets or other tools to analyze data
  • Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement
