Maesa is currently seeking to hire a Customer Development Analyst to support Dollar General.
This role is based in the Greater Nashville area. There is some travel associated with the role.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Dollar General Customer Development team and cross-functional partners to enable achievement of the annual financial sales plan within the organizational strategies and objectives across accelerating brands such as Koze Place, Believe Skin, Root to End and more
- Identify trends, develop insights, & translate findings to drive improved business performance for Maesa & the customer
- Self starter that thrives on using data to make insightful business decisions
- Facilitate new business-management tools and reporting
- Support efforts to operationalize new category relationships to compete across the Dollar General box
- Work closely with other functions (Marketing/Planning/Operations) to ensure optimum customer service levels
- Miscellaneous ad-hoc research and data analysis projects in the beauty category
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience preferred
- Previous roles and responsibilities relating to analytics required (inclusive of internships)
- Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment
- Experience using industry tools such as 1010Data, Nielsen & IRI is preferred
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, required
- Experience using Power BI and Tableau
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or Finance related field
- Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities; accountability to deadlines
- Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic or moderate understanding of a Financial Plan or P&L
What We Offer
$70,000/yr - $80,000/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for participation in a discretionary bonus plan based on individual and company performance.
