About Maddox + You:
As a Yard Coordinator, you will be working outside where your attention to detail will be deployed to safely operate a 50T mobile gantry crane as well as a 32,000lb forklift. You will be responsible for:
- The stocking of transformers in the storage yard in an efficient and orderly manner
- Loading all outbound shipments
- Work closely with the Outbound Logistics Coordinator to properly record shipment information
- Perform yard maintenance (Cleanup of oil spills, dragging the yard, picking up trash, ect.)
- Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly inspections of the forklifts and mobile gantry crane

Basics:
- This position works 40-45 hours per week on a 4-day a week schedule. All day-time schedule (not night shift). Schedule changes slightly during Summer/Winter, but is generally 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Some paid overtime is available during peak times.

Experience & Education:
We value skills and experience, so if you have years of experience, that's great. We’re also willing to invest in training early-career candidates with the right attitude and ambition.
Pay: $25.00 - $32.60 per hour, depending on experience. Plus bonus and other benefits including up to $1k/month wellness stipend. This position has a path to promotion to “Level 2”, which earns up to $38.04 per hour, and can continue growing from there.
