Madano is one of the leading strategic communications consultancies in the UK and we’re looking for a Senior Digital Manager, with experience in building trust with clients and running organic and paid media campaigns across different B2B industries, to join our Digital Practice.
Who we are looking for
We’re looking for someone who has proven experience running digital campaigns in a B2B setting and understands the fast-paced nature of working in an agency or consultancy.
We are continually looking to innovate, inspire and drive our clients to become digital leaders. We want our clients to be doing the best and most innovative digital work in their industries. Our projects span organic and paid social, SEO and SEM as well as website management and programmatic advertising.
Requirements
- A background in digital and social within an agency, or in-house digital and social specialist (3-4 years)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong in building client relationships, with the ability to communicate well, present with ease, and seek opportunities to grow accounts
- Digital expertise across channels, predominately in owned and paid media
- Comfortable with using data tools and able to analyse data to pull key insights and make data-driven decisions
- Understanding of or experience across different sectors e.g. healthcare, science and technology
- A curiosity to continually keep up with digital trends, emerging platforms and changing audience behaviours
Responsibilities
- Manage social and content activities, as well as digital programs, across key clients
- Project manage digital and integrated campaigns, managing timelines, media budgets, speciality areas and client expectations
- Manage and develop client relationships, through day-to-day account management
- Ensure quality and operational performance of the digital output, working closely with teams to deliver high-quality work on time
- Support on research and input on new business pitches
