The Opportunity
PhotonIQ by Macrometa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining our website UX & functionality, web demos, managing web projects, web analytics integration and work with marketing specialists and engineering developers and architects.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain our website (UX, functionality, brand alignment)
- Implement responsive design & ensure cross-platform compatibility
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize user engagement & conversions
- Develop & maintain web demos showcasing products & services
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns (web dev & landing pages)
- Integrate web analytics (GA, etc.) for data-driven optimization
- Manage web projects (deadlines, budget)
- Stay updated on web dev trends & technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in CS, Web Dev, or similar field
- 8+ years of web design & development experience (tech-driven industry a plus)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
- Strong A/B testing experience & methodologies
- Proven track record of building high-quality, scalable, & responsive web applications
- Excellent problem-solving & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration & communication skills (cross-functional teams)
Preferred Qualifications
- CMS & e-commerce platform experience
- SEO best practices & web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
- Prior startup or tech-focused environment experience
