THE ROLE

We’re looking for dynamic Brand Experience Associates (Sales Associate) to join Mack Weldon’s retail team in our Boston Seaport store location! In this role, you’ll educate and share the Mack Weldon brand story and guide customers through our retail experience. You’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and building customer relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Be a Mack Weldon brand ambassador and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey. Responsible for achieving individual sales, KPI and profitability goals.
  • Communicate the Mack Weldon brand story and philosophy to our customers
  • Demonstrate and maintain exceptional product knowledge. Maintain knowledge on competitors to support building sales and customer relationships. 
  • Continuously deliver an above and beyond and individualized customer experience for all guests
  • Complete daily operational tasks to maintain store replenishment, cleanliness, and visual standards in front of house and back of house. Assist with visual merchandising changes. Processes shipments as needed. 
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through personal clienteling strategies
  • Upholds all loss prevention awareness protocol 
  • Support management team in projects and initiatives as needed
  • Strive to improve the store experience by making suggestions to management team
  • Work collaboratively with all team members to foster an environment of trust and a positive store team culture

WHAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS

  • Minimum 6 months working in retail; outlet experience ideal but not required 
  • Experience in a fast-paced retail store environment
  • Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the Outlet marketplace. 
  • Must be flexible with working varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to carry boxes 25-30lbs for stock transfers
  • Can bend, reach, lift and move stock and products
