We are looking for a Contract Project Manager responsible for coordination and milestone achievement across a range of new venture client solutions currently underway.

If you get excited by helping new ventures and digging into the details to drive value and project progress, read on.  Mach49 is engaged with an important client to deliver a hybrid Innovation / Strategy / Corporate Development / Corporate Venture project, and we're looking for a Contract Project Manager to keep us on track.  This project will cross multiple practices within Mach49, with 6 to 7 simultaneous workstreams at any one point, and with 47 Client stakeholders. Deliverables include things like: Corporate Venture design, Accelerator design, M&A design and best practices, Domain exploration and other Ideate work, Brand and comms.
 
Responsibilities
  • Skilled program coordination and project management
  • Track all the schedules, dependencies and interdependencies, deliverables, meetings, etc.
  • Communicate with all stakeholders effectively, collaboratively driving progress to achieve milestone delivery
  • Other project responsibilities as assigned
Background and Experience
  • Demonstrated success being very detail oriented, great with complex projects and programs
  • has experience dealing with large Enterprise clients in traditional markets
  • A great communicator
  • Ideal background is program coordination or management and/or project management at services firms (consultancies, agencies, etc) working with Enterprise clients on complex engagements (retainer based “Agency of Record” style relationships would be ideal)
  • Needs to be rock solid on work plans, schedules, project management, communications. Some experience with client management would be desirable but not required
