About You
As our Intermediate Interaction Designer you will apply a specialized understanding of cognitive science and user-centered design principles, and a proven expertise in interaction principles to ensure applications provide a simple, efficient and pleasurable user experience. This role is focused on understanding the business needs of the client; researching, understanding and facilitating the task at hand for the user; understanding various aspects of human technology interaction, such as visual elements, logic and workflow. You will participate in product discovery sessions, and during them support mapping out client ecosystems, defining personal journey and workflows; develop design principles and information architecture; create wireframes and prototypes; and is an instrumental part of the cross-functional team during the implementation phase of the project. You will work closely with User Experience Researchers in various research activities.
- 3-6 years of UX or Interaction design experience
- Previous experience designing products for a variety of form factors
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree, specialization in industrial design or interaction design
- Exceptional communication, facilitation and mediation skills

Your Typical Day
- Deliver design outputs in accordance with project plans, costs, and client expectations.
- Co-facilitate various types of sessions with key client stakeholders, including: Product Strategy, Collaborative Design, and Product Definition
- Manage design scope by identifying, defining, and communicating risks to minimize impact
- Combine design with leadership skills to provide strong design leadership
- Actively involved in requirements gathering and planning new projects and features
- Work collaboratively with client stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams to solve problems and deliver creative, innovative solutions
- Work collaboratively with sales and solutions in pre-sales activities and marketing to produce various forms of thought leadership
- Collaborate closely with User Experience Researchers in various research activities
- Provide estimates, and guidance on design delivery methods, to the sales and solutions team on an as-needed basis
- Proactively identify opportunities to provide design leadership and guidance, globally
