What We're Looking For

We are looking for a high horse-power, customer-centric marketer to join our Marketing team. This role will partner closely with multiple stakeholders at M1 Finance to plan optimize and execute all our customer promotions. It will involve both day-to-day hands-on and high-level work in strategizing and executing existing and new promotions, optimization, and growth to reach tangible company goals.

They will also manage the tactical execution of this strategy across multiple-channels & cross-functional teams, perform A/B tests and track segment KPI performance – in order to deliver a top-notch personalized experience for our customers.

Our ideal candidate is a passionate, data-driven performance marketer, with a successful track record of designing & driving high performance programs in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of the supporting data & systems; equally adept at defining & communicating strategy and at getting their hands dirty to build campaigns.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and operations for promotions programs, covering quarterly plans, project briefs, testing & targeting plans, messaging plans, campaign operations and post-campaign reporting
  • Manage promotional campaign set-up, activation, and key stakeholder communication across operations, engineering, product and compliance teams.
  • Establish best practices, and own the optimization & personalization roadmap for promotions
  • Work closely with analytics to track promo performance and own post-campaign monthly retro process
  • Partner closely with MarTech & Product leads to drive automation & personalization at scale - becoming an expert in our marketing automation and platform tools that allow us to test and deploy new experiences rapidly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key touchpoints and opportunities to identify target segments and develop impactful experiences for our customers

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2C demand generation, lifecycle, growth, or email marketing in a high-performing team and company or agency with aggressive growth goals
  • Strong experience in planning and executing promotional campaigns, driving personalization and testing at scale resulting in channel expansion & growth
  • Experience and understanding of the full marketing funnel, respective KPIs, incrementally, multi-touch attribution, and treating marketing dollars like an investment portfolio.
  • Experience in running promotional offers and being the point-person on communications
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams
  • Proven expertise in using ESPs or similar marketing automation technology; extra points for Salesforce expertise.
  • Experience and understanding of finance or the finance industry is a plus. Demonstrated interest in personal finance is a big plus.
  • Takes as much pride in seeing their team win as they do in seeing themselves win.
