We're on the lookout for a Senior Test Automation Engineer with over 5 years of experience in test automation to join our dynamic test automation team at an innovative and fast-paced startup. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional brilliance, accountability, self-management skills, and a solution-oriented mindset. 

This role reports directly to the Test Automation Lead.

What you’ll Do 

  • Design, implement and maintain test automation strategies and plans for our Mobile, Web and Back-End Applications, from scratch.  
  • Lead and own Quality Assurance activities that involve test automation, by working closely with QA, Dev, product and Algo teams to find the most efficient solutions.  
  • Be highly involved and Integrate test automation into our CI/CD pipeline, enabling continuous delivery and ensuring software agility, reliability, and performance.  
  • Analyze test results, identify and report defects, and work on their resolution.  
  • Drive the software quality assurance lifecycle within Agile processes.  
  • Troubleshoot system issues and maintain the highest standards of quality assurance for our products. 

What you'll need  

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in test automation- a must  
  • Proven technical experience with CI/CD tools, frameworks, and implementation – a must  
  • Intermediate level in python- a must  
  • Experience in manual QA and feature analysis- a must. 
  • Experience with mobile test automation frameworks on iOS and Android, including building framework from scratch
  • Excellent logical and analytical ability in analyzing complex systems and algorithms  
  • Great perception of Software development life cycle and Agile, and how QA impact the process  
  • Knowledgeable with the key success factor of test automation in a software development process.  
  • Relevant academic degree (Computer Science / Industrial Engineering / Information System) or equivalent.
