We’re looking for a Sales Leader for our ORP line of business who shares our customer obsession, and making sure that we do right by our customers and our team members. This role will own the entire new bookings number for the ORP business, and reports to the VP of Sales. 

What you'll be doing: 

  • Own the new customer acquisition strategy for the ORP business line, including selling strategy, pipeline strategy, and sales strategy. 
  • Attract and source the best talent for our market offering, building your organization from the ground up. Ongoing, managing a talented team of quota achievers. 
  • Adhere and contribute to sales systems and processes that are predictable, repeatable, and scalable, using a modern tech stack. 
    • Leverage our systems to measure and report the health of the business to the organization, including executives. 
  • Work cross functionally in a professional manner that inspires and excites your peers in other departments. 
  • Lead and coach your team of AEs, bringing out the best in an inspiring and engaging way. 
  • Leverage your strong understanding of how Saas businesses operate, combined with our industry vertical of commercial auto fleet insurance. 

What you'll bring: 

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role at a high growth technology start-up (200 to 500 employees) 
    • Experience aligning to company targets and setting a strategy for achieving stated targets 
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment where speed to decisions rules the day 
  • Capability to collaborate and communicate effectively with clients on all levels
  • Experience hiring high-performing SDR teams 
  • The ability to set a vision, execute on a strategy, and roll up your sleeves to get into the details when necessary
  • Strong team-building, leadership, and cross-departmental communication skills
