About You 

You are a data-driven professional with a proven track record in compiling, analyzing, and presenting data to drive strategic business decisions. You excel in building HR processes, workflows, system integrations, and automation to support Lugano’s rapid growth and expansion. Your curiosity drives you to understand the “why” behind everything, and your keen eye for detail and analytical mindset ensures data integrity across various people systems and accurate reporting. 

 What You Will Do 

  • Support Transformational Change: Drive system connectivity, automation, process improvement, and efficiency to support key business priorities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare regular reports and analyze employee-related data
  • Data Visualization: Compile, report, and visualize compensation and payroll data
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure complete and accurate data across all systems
  • Compliance Audits: Conduct regular audits and reporting for system and data compliance
  • Collaborate with Teams: Partner with Finance and Technology teams to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data presentations for data-driven decision-making
  • Continuous Improvement: Act as a change agent, proactively seeking ways to improve processes, systems, reporting, and data management 

What You Bring 

  • HR Data Analytics Experience: Proven success in an HR data analytics role, preferably in a high-growth, multi-state environment
  • System Integration Skills: Expertise in integrating payroll, HRIS, benefit systems, and other platforms for seamless data movement
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel techniques such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas
  • Data Visualization Proficiency: Ability to use data visualization tools to present complex data and inform decision-making
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and strong auditing skills to ensure data integrity
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing complex data and systems projects
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Critical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Pay Transparency 

Targeted base compensation is $80,000 - $100,000 plus an annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. 

Our Work Environment 

Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered light: office work, seldom lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking. Employees must have the stamina to work long hours if assigned. Hours and days of work may vary by position.
