About You
You are an experienced retail operations professional with a proven history of creating a positive environment that promotes sales and remarkable client experiences. This position works closely with the Sales, HQ Operations, and Client Experience teams, ensuring efficient workflows and maintaining high operational quality standards. .What You Will Do
Participate in salon open and close (based on schedule) and general administrative functions
Manage shipping, transfers, and intake for all merchandise - new and repairs
Oversee all salon operations from client hosting to maintaining an immaculate environment
Utilize product knowledge to care for all inventory - cleaning, display
Partner with HQ Operations team to ensure all protocols are being followed and salon supplies are in stock and in order
Maintain accurate data entry of all client purchases and customer information, generating reports for salon director, and corporate leadership when needed
Provide support for all salon and in-market events in partnership with corporate events team
What You Bring
Demonstrated success in store maintenance, administration, and event support
Experience with high-touch events, high-end retail or hospitality preferred
Strong attention to detail paired with excellent organization skills
Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Pay Transparency
Targeted base compensation is $80,000 plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered medium: standing for prolonged periods of time, frequently lifting up to 51 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking.
