What You Will Do
- Plan, manage, and execute in-market events for a regional portfolio; handle on-site event execution, coordination, and external vendor support.
- Maintain project timelines, event orders, and priorities for each delegated event.
- Ensure collaboration with team members, providing guidance and assistance where needed to enable effective event execution and outcomes.
- Responsible for managing event budgets and regional vendor negotiations; writing and reviewing RFPs/SOWs.
- Manage entire event invitation process from design stage to mail out for all delegated events.
- Oversee event operations and ensure internal teams are clear on responsibilities and expectations.
- Build and strengthen internal and vendor relationships.
- Collect feedback and assist with follow-up communications to identify event successes and opportunities for improvement.
- Use event analytics and feedback to prepare comprehensive post-event summaries and share with key stakeholders.
What You Bring
- You have deep professional experience in a similar role; luxury environments are highly preferred.
- You pride yourself on your excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- You have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple, complex projects with tight deadlines.
- You have proven success in taking a hands-on approach to plan and manage events from end-to-end.
- You are highly skilled with logistics management and ability to make sound adjustments as needed.
- You have the ability to plan, anticipate, and provide solutions to event-related issues that arise.
- You possess a positive and flexible communication style when dealing with shifting priorities and last-minute changes.
- You are precise with written and verbal communication skills and ability to direct event activities with ease.
Pay Transparency
Targeted base compensation is $85,000 - $100,000 annual plus bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Our Work Environment
Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered medium: office work, occasionally lifting up to 51 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking. Employees must have the stamina to work long hours if assigned. Hours and days of work may vary by position.
