The Role

The Marketing Manager will be a valued partner at Ludia Consulting. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales, Consulting and Talent Acquisition Teams to expand our inbound/outbound marketing programs and generate an additional sales pipeline highlighting Ludia Consulting’s offerings and initiatives. The firm’s overall marketing strategy and responsibilities are expanding, so this is an opportunity to help support our growth more efficiently and effectively. Creativity and entrepreneurship are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience, a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and consulting ecosystems, Microsoft’s constant technological evolution along with changing consumer trends, competitors, and market insights.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in planning and executing Ludia Consulting onsite conference marketing strategies and providing insights for successful lead generation.
  • Leverage market trends and industry best practices to recommend innovative marketing solutions that drive the firm’s overall marketing strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s practice areas and market offerings.
  • Manage an integrated marketing calendar to manage the firm’s initiatives, including content generation and marketing campaigns.
  • Lead and support content creation and marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role to create content yourself and with the help of specialists.
  • Work collaboratively with Operations and Recruiting teams to build and create strong and impactful biographies, practice group descriptions, article submissions, and other content.
  • Define, manage and grow Ludia Consulting's external facing sites, including vendor selection and public relations.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of Ludia’s Website, including web-optimization and SEO.
  • Design and maintain print and promotional materials for advertising, direct mail marketing, firm newsletters, alerts, firm brochures, practice descriptions, publications, and firm stationery, note cards and other marketing collateral.
  • Oversee the firm’s promotional product (SWAG) program.
  • Develop, promote, and support in-person and virtual events, including webinars, panel discussions, networking functions, speaking engagements, and internal events.
  • Facilitate firm sponsorships, including overseeing the creation and submission of ads, logos, and firm participation.
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the
  • company’s business and non-profit initiatives (Dynamics for Good).
  • Develop a deep understanding of Microsoft products, Ludia Consulting offerings, and customer journey.
  • Plan and execute corporate promotion campaigns and launch new product lines or services.
  • Participate in evaluating, planning, and completing new offerings to bring them to market.
  • Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design, and organizing the company’s publications.
  • Build and maintain relationships within the Microsoft Marketing ecosystem; plan and implement marketing initiatives with key partners; promote Ludia’s brand and reputation through a professional network.
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and approach to think creatively, be proactive and execute hands-on various marketing roles and produce various content.
  • Assist Sales team with Digital Marketing Strategies and Operations.
  • Maintain marketing materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and consistent with the brand's messaging and visual identity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field
  • A minimum of six years of hands-on marketing experience in the Microsoft Dynamics and professional services space.
  • A deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics is Critical for this role.
  • Superb commitment to providing the highest level of client service.
  • Sound judgment and confidence in your ability to take initiative and be decisive.
  • A “can-do”, team-oriented attitude that comes from being flexible, accommodating, and professional.
  • Perform well in a fast-paced environment where shifting priorities and demands are commonplace.
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics and Marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.) and Google AdWords, WordPress, Hootsuite,
  • Experience marketing SaaS or Enterprise software B2B –Microsoft Dynamics
  • Detail-oriented and highly communicative with other professionals within the firm
  • Proactive and ability to make quick and sound decisions.
  • Strong ability to drive programs and tasks to completion.
  • A sense of humor doesn’t hurt!!!

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing
  • WordPress
  • E-mail campaign software (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Superb knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM software is a plus.
  • Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly productive working remotely
