As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you will partner with fellow Workplace Experience team members and others to drive a high-quality employee experience through initiatives that bring out the best in people. Your goal is to enhance the workplace experience with your know-how to develop an environment for increased creativity, productivity, and well-being. You will oversee, maintain, and ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of Lucid Software’s corporate office.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep the office, including kitchens and common areas, efficiently organized and fully stocked with supplies. Order and/or pick up supplies as needed. Be mindful of and organize our dietary restriction offerings. 
  • Have a long term focus and plan ahead to have office space ready to accommodate the company’s rapid growth.
  • Act as key liaison with office vendors and contractors.
  • Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of corporate events, including but not limited to: company-wide catered lunches, meetings, retreats, or parties. Research and book event venues. Arrange for equipment and services. Assist in the research and selection of caterers and other service providers.
  • Assist in supporting all departments as needed.
  • Track and inventory all furniture and equipment throughout the company.
  • Partner with the internal Creative team to enhance the workplace experience and forge an emotional connection between Lucid employees and the Lucid brand.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience within a professional office setting, ideally in workplace experience  
  • Proficient with G-Suite, Office 365, etc 
  • Ability to work in-office 5 days weekly 
  • Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. frequently
  • Knowledge/understanding of workplace experience, event planning, project management or similar role.
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in high-tech or a high-growth environment is preferred.
  • Experience with facilities management or commercial real estate is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Experience Design, Business Management or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Effective communicator who responds promptly and provides answers or analysis at a level deeper than the original request.
