We are currently seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Sales Operations & Vehicle Build Planning. In this role, the Program Manager will oversee guiding and coordinating the activities of all teams involved in market entry such that all workflows match the overall launch plan for sales operations and vehicle build planning programs.
The Role
· Create and maintain detailed program timelines, project plans, and market entry checklists that account for workflow interdependencies.
· Develop a deep knowledge of interdepartmental dependencies and be responsible driving the resolution of issues cross functionally as they arise.
· Team lead for maintaining compliance and consistency for daily business requirements across operations and programs.
· Lead data analysis and sales operation vehicle build planning and forecasting to optimize sales and delivery programs.
· Work cross functionally with supply chain, factory teams, and lead S&OE for vehicle build planning programs that align with sales, and production objectives.
· Relentlessly focus on process improvement and solution efforts to help scale the overall sales Operations Programs.
· Create, document, analyze, and iterate end-to-end processes.
· Assist in creation and driving of project plans for various critical workstreams.
· Partner with our training & enablement team to provide training support on new and updated processes.
· Provide status updates and project updates to internal and external stakeholders alike.
· Support leadership with project management and building efficiencies to scale to operational departments.
Qualifications
· Passion for the customer experience, and an understanding of how operational efficiencies impact said experience.
· Ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver major initiatives, all while relentlessly prioritizing based on need.
· Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal.
· Comfort navigating ambiguity, and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment.
· Self-starter mentality and comfort working in a high energy, fast-paced environment.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Previous automotive and/or startup experience strongly preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
