We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team and lead programs focused on the Order to Delivery phase of the customer journey, specifically related to Transaction and Order Operations. This role will involve overseeing backend operational enhancements that directly correlate to the customer journey from order to delivery and beyond. The Program Manager, Sales Operations and Controls will work closely with the Sales Operations Managers and IT Project Managers to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer journey.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage programs related to order management, and transactional phase of the customer journey, ensuring a smooth transaction for the sale of a Lucid while meeting compliance requirements.
· Develop and execute program plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
· Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and addressing any risks or issues.
· Develop and automate tools and processes to increase operations and enhance the efficiency of multiple Ops teams.
· Identify and implement backend operational improvements to streamline the order to delivery process and build programs towards a self-service model.
· Collaborate with Sales Operations Managers and IT Project Managers to ensure seamless integration and execution of enhancements.
· Serve as a liaison between Sales Operations and IT to translate business needs into technical requirements.
· Proactively identify process improvements, systems enhancements, and ensuring we meet compliance, and audit requirements related to sales operations.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, specifically in Sales Operations
· Strong understanding of the customer journey and related backend operations.
· Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
· Proven track record of managing complex programs and projects, preferably in a sales or operations environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
· Experience in retail or B2B vehicle sales environments is highly desired.
