Localisation Project Manager

Location: UK

At a stage of hyper-growth following a $2 billion valuation, LTK is looking for an experienced Localisation Project Manager to support initiatives needing translation and localisation across all our International Markets. 

The Localisation Project Manager will be responsible for managing translation and localisation projects from initiation to delivery for all three sides of the marketplace. Working closely with your team of translators and our third party vendor to ensure translations are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and own the localisation and translation process for all business areas (Product, Marketing, Legal etc) for all international markets.
  • Work across both Creator Shopping and Brand Platform teams to understand their localisation needs, build prioritisation plans, and execute to deadlines. 
  • Work closely with Product Management teams to understand product release schedules to assure translation timing and prioritisation as needed 
  • Partner closely with the Marketing organisation to ensure that all programs are performance managed and appropriately localised for success.
  • Work with the Head of Content to relevantly localise brand content and establish LTK as a  leader by distributing content  throughout our funnel that solves for the problems of our audiences. 
  • Work with Creator Success teams to localise all creator outreach or comms materials as needed. 
  • Work with US and international design teams to localise images and videos as needed for Marketing, Creator Success, PR, or any other design need. 
  • Partner closely with the Head of Marketing Operations to efficiently roll out all Marketing Programs and Product Marketing Campaigns in the international markets.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage cross functional stakeholders
  • Develops and motivates individuals & teams to achieve goals

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in project management, operations, or consulting
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented professional
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and team building skills with exceptional communication skills
  • Confident in negotiating contract terms with vendors
  • Knowledge of G-suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint softwares
  • A “can-do” attitude and curiosity are absolute musts.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • [Nice-to-have] experience with translation management software (such as Transifex)
